Welcome to GHA STEP. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) constitute a binding agreement between GHA STEP (a brand of GLOBAL HEALTHCARE ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED) and you (“User”), governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, digital content, and all associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform and services provided by GHA STEP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. User Eligibility and Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years old or access the platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.
• Users must be pursuing or have completed a recognized medical degree to be eligible for paid subscriptions.
• Registration requires accurate information including email ID, phone number, and KYC documentation (Aadhar, Passport, etc.).
• Only one user per subscription is allowed. Sharing account details will lead to termination.

2. Services and Access

• Services include access to NEET PG preparation resources such as video lectures, question banks, notes, and test series.
• GHA STEP services are offered on Android, iOS, and Web, with device and OS requirements listed under System Requirements.
• GHA STEP may modify, update, or discontinue any service or content at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Fair Usage and Restrictions

• Maximum usage allowed is 1200 hours per user per subscription.
• Usage on more than 2 devices, or use of rooted/jailbroken devices, emulators, screen mirroring/recording will result in account suspension or termination.
• GHA STEP content is for personal use only. Reproduction, sharing, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All prices include applicable taxes (GST @18%) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed via third-party gateways. GHA STEP is not liable for any gateway failures.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed unless decided otherwise by GHA STEP.
• Notes are only offered with video courses and not sold separately.

5. Privacy and Data Use

• User data is collected and stored securely as per Indian IT laws and GHA STEP's Privacy Policy.
• We may use anonymized data for research or service improvement.
• You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting: support@ghastep.com.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content, including lectures, notes, and platform materials, are the intellectual property of GHA STEP.
• Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
• Testimonials and success stories are real but not indicative of guaranteed results.

7. User Conduct

Users are expected to:

• Use respectful language on all GHA STEP forums and channels.
• Not post or share illegal, harassing, or infringing content.
• Not impersonate others, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

8. Modifications and Termination

• GHA STEP may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations, suspected fraud, or inappropriate conduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

• GHA STEP is not liable for device incompatibility or internet issues.
• Losses due to account misuse by others.
• Any third-party content accessed via our Platform.
• Any loss of rank, exam outcome, or medical advice based on our educational content.

10. Jurisdiction and Grievance Redressal

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
