Cancellation & Refund Policy
Over 20% of the content in GHA STEP is available to you completely free of charge. We strongly recommend that you explore the free MCQs, video lectures, and demo tests before subscribing to any of our Pro plans.
Once payment has been made for any GHA STEP Pro subscription, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Additionally, notes once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Renewal Policy
Offer Duration
- Start Date: "90" days before the Course Starts
- End Date: Within "7" days after the course ends
- Discount: Applicable by referral
Offer is applicable for:
- Current Plan Holders: All GHA STEP Pro plans
Eligible Plans for Renewal:
- After the Particular Course Ends
How to Avail Renewal Benefit:
- Go to the Pro Plans Page.
- Select the Plan & Validity as per eligibility above.
- Apply coupon code: GHASTEPRENEW
- Complete the payment.
Note: Coupon GHASTEPRENEW is valid from 90 days before expiry to 7 days post expiry of your current plan.
Other Terms:
- Renewal benefits apply only if renewed within the above window.
- Upgrading the plan duration (same plan) from shorter to longer is considered a renewal.
- Discounts may change without prior notice at the discretion of GHA STEP.
- Use of GHASTEPRENEW does not reset QBank/Test series progress.
- Phone number changes are allowed only:
- If the user has changed numbers in the past.
- If account-sharing activity is suspected.
Upgrade Policy
Only selected Revision users are eligible to upgrade by adding video content.
Upgrade Eligibility:
- Active Revision users with:
- More than 4 months validity left.
- Less than 12 months remaining.
How to Upgrade:
Failed Transactions
This section is for users whose payment was deducted, but the GHA STEP Pro Plan was not activated.
A. What You Should Do:
1. If paid via UPI:
- Go to the UPI app used.
- Go to Profile > Help > Raise a Concern for the failed transaction.
- Select “Raise a Concern” or “Call Bank”.
- If required, we may provide a payment failure report. Note that NPCI handles UPI grievances and resolution may take up to 2 weeks.
2. If paid via any other method:
- Contact your bank’s dispute resolution department.
- Raise a chargeback request.
- Refund timelines vary, usually within 5–7 business days, but can take up to 19 days.
